In this two-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of the core principles and development strategies of DevOps.

Mapping Your Pipeline, Gaining Alignment and Continious Exploration and Integration
Recognize the problem to be solved, explaining DevOps and its benefits and visualizing the current state of the delivery pipeline using key metrics

Day Two:
Reducing Time-to-Market with Continuous Deployment and Delivering Business Value
Deliver value through Release on Demand, measure the impact and learn to react and pivot.
Outstanding use of examples, relating concepts back to our project, and how we can apply the concepts to our processes. Mr. Porter shared outstanding knowledge and has excellent communication skills.
Mr. Ortega is extremely on top of this subject matter. His work responsibilities outside of this training is as a System Architect, so he really speaks from a place of experience.
